Returns and Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order production process, voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference are not accepted, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Please review your selected size and design carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly.

Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once reviewed, an appropriate solution will be arranged, including replacement or refund where applicable, without additional charges for issues caused by our error.

Order Cancellation

As preparation may begin immediately after confirmation, cancellation may not be possible once production has started, subject to applicable consumer rights.
